Brand identity

Art direction – New brand identity

Bonsai is Start up that has developed a payment app that plants trees for every 10 payments, in collaboration with Eden Project in Madagascar. I was responsable to create a new brand identity to communicate to millennials, to develop the brand awareness in Belgium.

Official payment app in Belgian festivals

Pay bonsai is the official payment app for many festivals in Belgium. I had to work on the communication for each different festival, on site and online to make sure the user experience was smooth and easy.

A dedicated website and design in app for every festival in Belgium.


Over 250.000 trees has been planted in 2023 during the festivals forest campaign.

It was a very strong collaboration with all festivals that wish to offset their carbon footprint in a positive way that does not hinder the festival-goer experience.

B2B marketing material

Bonsai Rewards

I was also in charge of developing B2B material to present the « Rewards », a fidelity system working without any member card required developed in 2022 on the app.

Social Media

I also had to develop new visuals and a tone of voice for social media, for the awareness but also to help our users to understand better and use the app easily.

A remarkable experience

As Art director, I had the chance to develop many skills


Both printing and digital equipment, I had the freedom to create and choose every media.

I worked on many brainstorms and creative reflexions about the Marketing objectives, tone of voice and concepts.

Creating a wide variety of content to adapt to digital, from the application itself to the site and social networks.

I learned a lot about UI/UX Design and had the chance to work closely with the Dev Team to decide together about the visuals and the app design.

I was in charge of all videos that were created, for festivals, social medias, website or in app.

Developing the new Brand identity also for B2B was a plus. I learned to collaborate with sales Team and other collaborators.

Working with festivals organisations and working on pure advertising campaigns.

Developing the Brand in social media to expand the brand awareness and getting data from each campaign.

Creating many Mockup, stands and 3D visuals for presentations to the different teams.
